The Governor will once again be there to kick things off, and we’ll have many keynote speakers presenting on pertinent information necessary to conduct business in 2012.

Some important highlights are:

·         Health Exchanges in Delaware

·         New federal labor laws

·         Current labor issues in the state

·         2011 Recycling law update, as well as case studies of restaurants who have implemented recycling programs such as food waste recycling.

The day will begin with a continental breakfast, followed by the educational sessions and networking time for Allied and Restaurant Members. We will conclude with our annual member lunch.
