Delaware ProStart® Student Invitational (DPSI)

The Delaware ProStart® Student Invitational is a chance for students from all over the state who participate in their high school ProStart® program to compete against their peers. Management teams present an original restaurant concept to a panel of top-industry judges and answer critical thinking questions related to front and back of house scenarios. The culinary competition tests students skills with a timed, 60 minute battle where students prep, prepare, and plate a three course meal that is tasted and evaluated by top industry chefs. The state culinary and management competition winning teams are given the opportunity to compete at the National ProStart Invitational.
