The National ProStart Invitational® is where the championship teams from 50 states face-off to earn top honors and scholarships over two exciting days of management and culinary competitions. The management teams will present their original restaurant concepts and put their skills to the test, solving front- and back-of-the-house challenges. The culinary teams will prepare a three-course meal in only 60 minutes for the toughest industry professionals. Each team and member will be evaluated on their skills, teamwork, safety, sanitation, and meal presentation & taste.
