To register for this ServSafe Manager Food Safety Class, please choose from the following options:
- Click here to download and return the 2018 ServSafe Registration Form. Be sure to include the date of the class you wish to attend, and also include the proper payment when submitting the form (credit card information or check). Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received!
- Click here to pay for the class online. Be sure to include the date of the class you are registering for in the notes section. Once payment has been processed, the ServSafe Instructor will be in contact with you to confirm your registration and provide course details.
- EXAM ONLY – Please click here to register and pay for the EXAM ONLY. Please note the date of the class when you will be taking the ServSafe Exam (Exams typically begin at 2 pm on all class dates) in the notes section of your online payment.
