Full Time/ Part Time Kitchen Staff

American Classic golf club is looking for experienced individuals to assume responsibility for food services within its clubhouse kitchen. These talented individuals will need to be able to multi task and perform all job duties within the kitchen area.

Qualifications:
At least 1 years of culinary experience
Must have current ServSafe Certification or be able to complete certification prior to position start date

General Job Duties:
*Must be friendly and provide excellent customer service

*Must ensure all kitchen and work areas are clean and organized
*Must restock and clean all kitchen and dinning areas

*Must prepare all items in a consistent and timely manner adhering to restaurant guidelines for recipes, portions, cooking, presentation and serving standards
*Must assist in other areas of the clubhouse as needed
*Must be able to operate point of sale software

*Must be able to operate and maintain standard kitchen equipment safely

*Must adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

*Must follow all food storage and safety requirements

*Other duties as assigned

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Typical start time: 9AM
Typical end time: 7PM
