Snuff Mill Restaurant-Butchery and Wine Bar  is looking to hire experienced restaurant professionals to join the team!

Snuff Mill is to be a welcoming neighborhood restaurant combined with an upscale dining experience. The menu features Classic Steak House and Locally Sourced cuisine inspired by Chef Roberts travel. We open for dinner five days a week lunch for 4.

An emphasis on the word hospitality cannot be understated; courtesy, civility, and liveliness is the focal point of how all business is conducted at Snuff Mill, creating an ambience where guests feel welcome, comfortable, and in professional and extremely capable hands.

We are looking for a bartender who…

  • Has a passion for wine and cocktails
  • Supports the whole guest experience both in and out of the bar
  • Has a strong understanding of classic cocktail recipes and preparations
  • Has experience preparing many base ingredients from bitters to shrubs, syrups and batches
  • Brings a humble, guest first approach to bartending

Our bartenders can expect to…

  • Be closed Sunday and Monday
  • Work with a small team of like-minded people
  • Create an evolving cocktail and wine program in a collaborative style
  • Serve food with a world-class chef and kitchen
  • Receive paid time off once eligible
  • Opening in early December

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($65,000.00 – $90,000.00)
