Job Summary:
We are in search of a talented and creative Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of spirits, and a flair for designing exceptional cocktails that leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Cocktail Creation and Menu Development:
Craft and curate a diverse menu of cocktails, incorporating both timeless classics and original concoctions.
Stay updated on industry trends, ingredients, and techniques to inspire unique creations.
Bartending and Guest Interaction:
Provide exceptional service behind the bar, engaging guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Offer recommendations and tailor drinks to individual preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
Ingredient Sourcing and Inventory Management:
Manage the bar’s inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and specialty ingredients.
Source high-quality and unique ingredients to enhance the cocktail offerings.
Team Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with the bar team to maintain consistency and excellence in drink preparation.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior bartenders.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end or specialized cocktail bar.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail recipes.
Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and memorable drinks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
