The Host/Hostess position is a hospitality driven individual with an exceptional level of awareness to total guests satisfaction.  complete understanding of the dining room and complete understanding of menu items.  Possess the ability to handle telephone calls, carry-out orders, pre-buss and bussing of tables and the ability to stage guests seating in order and stagger during busy stages during service.  This position generally requires long periods of standing and walking.
