Overnight Packer

Position Summary:
The Overnight Packer position reports to the Overnight Operations Manager in support of Wholesale Driver & Retail Customer bread & roll order fulfillments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Package rolls ensuring the count is accurate (i.e. 1 dozen rolls = 12 each).
-Report any flaws in the products to Supervisor.
-Must be aware and adhere to ServSafe food safety practices/procedures at all times.
-Must maintain a presentable appearance and practice excellent personal hygiene.
-Adheres to all policies and procedures per Serpe’s Employee Handbook.
-May perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
-Follows time reporting system for recording hours worked.
Required Skills and Ability:
-Must be able to endure hours of standing and walking; must be able to work overnight hours and weekends (more hours on weekends, less hours during week); must be able to work holidays.
-Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs.
-Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma/GED preferred.
-Any previous job experience preferred.
