BARTENDER- Description-Min Wage plus gratuities

The bartender’s main role is to provide excellent customer service to our guests and be a team player. A bartender must be able to make measured cocktails according to The Greene Turtle’s recipes. They must be able to serve alcohol to guests, who are of age, and to serve responsibly. The bartender must produce all drinks on service bar. The steps of service must always be followed.

*Job Requirements
* Follow all steps of service set forth by The Greene Turtle
* Ensure identifications are properly reviewed before serving any alcoholic beverages.
* Complete all training set forth by The Greene Turtle Training Department
* Have extensive knowledge of all food and drinks served by The Greene Turtle
* Have extensive knowledge of food preparation.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation specifications set forth by The Greene Turtle
* Perform all side work set by the restaurant before, during, and after their shift.
* Perform daily, weekly, monthly cleaning activities assigned by the management team.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Maintain performance standards and motivates team through positive role-modeling
* Performs any additional responsibilities, although not listed, as asked by a manager at any time

* Able to report to work as scheduled

* Must be able to communicate clearly
