Payment Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Our site is a secure site, with state-of-the-art controls in place to assure that your confidential information remains private. Your credit card information is validated and processed by a third party processor; therefore, the Delaware Restaurant Association does not receive or store any credit card numbers, expiration dates or card verification codes. This is why you are asked for this information each time you return to purchase from us.

Refund/Return Policy
Products purchased that are downloadable, such as lists, are not refundable. DRA membership dues are not refundable or transferable. Event admission purchases, such as Symposium registration, are non-refundable.
For all other products and services, you must request a refund within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. On-line training fees are only refundable, creditable, or transferable within the first week of purchase. Refunds on credit card purchases will be issued on the same credit card used to make the original purchase.
To make a refund request, please send an email to

- Full name of purchaser
- Your credit card transaction number
- A description of what you purchased
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Your email address
- Your daytime phone number
- Your mailing address
Products, including books and CDs may only be returned for credit when the following requirements are present:
- The product is un-opened (if shrink-wrapped or sealed the product must still be sealed);
- Does not show any signs of wear or usage.
Purchaser pays for return mail costs on all products.
Refunds are made minus an administrative charge of $25.00
Educational Materials – We will accept returns within 30 days of the original ORDER date (no exceptions). We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the return item. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy
In the event that a product or item is shipped to you – it will be shipped via UPS ground and may delivery within 5 business days of your purchase.
Privacy Policy
This is the web site of the Delaware Restaurant Association. Our postal address is P.O. Box 8004, Newark, DE 19714. We can be reached via e-mail at carrie@delawarerestaurant.org or you can reach us by telephone at (302)738-2545. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer′s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The Delaware Restaurant Association takes your Privacy and the Privacy of your information seriously. Â The data that is submitted to our team is kept within our organization. We may at times share your contact information with Affiliate Members only with the intent to share updated / new program information.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address. Please provide us with your name and phone number. We will be sure your name is removed from the list we share with other organizations. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by e-mail us at the above address. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by or updating it on our website.
