The Delaware Restaurant Association Labor and Employment Resource Center is designed to strengthen and protect Delaware’s hospitality industry by providing clear, practical guidance on HR, labor, and compliance challenges. Built specifically for restaurant owners and operators navigating an increasingly complex regulatory landscape, the Center will serve as a trusted hub for up-to-date resources, best practices, and expert insight on issues such as wage and hour laws, paid leave requirements, marijuana policy, workplace safety, employee handbooks, hiring practices, and emerging state and federal legislation. Through toolkits, sample policies, webinars, live trainings, and direct access to subject-matter experts, the Resource Center will help employers make informed decisions, reduce risk, and build stronger workplace cultures.
