A worksite can be used to connect students to the industry experience or provide educators the necessary skills to improve their knowledge of the restaurant industry. Instructors can chose to learn the ins-and-outs of a restaurant by following the daily activities in each role of the business. It is a critical part to the success of the ProStart® program. Students are required to complete a 400-hour work internship in the foodservice industry. By participating as a worksite, your business is giving ProStart® students the experience to apply their education and build their practical skills.
